Promenade - Solo exhibition

Earlier this month, I held my very first exhibition, Promenade, at the Holleken Farm in Belgium, just a few miles from my home atelier. The invitation from the curator offered me a fantastic opportunity to present a wide range of my work.

A total of 53 canvases — ranging from figurative pieces to my most recent abstract creations — were arranged to harmoniously coexist within the beautiful and rustic setting of the farm. The exhibition ran for a few days and was a wonderful opportunity for me to showcase my work in person and meet people. It was truly heartwarming to speak about my inspirations, my approach, and my career path.

People from all walks of life — families with children, elderly visitors, even dogs — came by, and I loved that atmosphere.

What was also very moving was seeing my paintings together in the space; it made me realize how much I’ve accomplished over the past five years and how far I’ve come.

As we love doing things as a family, Sylvain and the children were all involved in the event. My parents even came for the occasion and helped too. I’m so thankful for their support.

The entire Holleken Farm team was incredibly kind and made everything feel so peaceful, natural, and joyful.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better first experience.

Thank you again to everyone who came and for following along on my painting journey.
